Though
he has clearly been ripped off –
one
man persists in denying it.
______________________________________________
A
Tale.
On
a dark night, in the castle up on the hill,
a
voice whispered to the young Count:
“Once
I am gone, then you as my sole heir will be completely in charge,”
and
the lad cried out: “Does this mean that you, my father, are about to die?”
And
the voice replied: “I am not your father – I am your consciousness.”
And
at that very instant as he was being struck by the fullness of the human
potential for intangible expansion, the people in the village below unwittingly
turned their heads upward toward the mountain fortress.
Civilization
takes no prisoners as it marches forward --
since
behind, it leaves
nothing aprês coup comprehensible.
The
Math Of Man.
Critics
believe that the majority of men are fools;
this
puts them in the world’s largest club.
Another
example of how men learn from their consciousness
(that
is: another picture of consciousness doing what it does right under men’s
noses) is how one group gets another group to nominally accept that they
make their women cover themselves from head to foot for religious reasons
rather than for what is actually at the base of it: men’s fear that their
woman will be taken from them
by
another man if he ever sees how beautiful she is.
Via
consciousness, this is one of life’s primo gambits:
having
humans offer a reason for some purely human behavior –
which
is ridiculous on its face –
and
reciprocally causing other humans to accept it.
(“I resent that: I can’t deny it – but I resent it!” muttered
some voice.)
Some
men engage in primary, physical reality which the collective deems perverted
because of their inability to find a secondary activity in which they fit.
Even
though men only become civilized from the neck up,
the
upper stories of some structures found in the city forever remain unfinished,
as
per its prevailing building codes and standards.
“Can
the ground blame its wetness on the skies!”
“Why not – everyone else does.”
One
guy once had a personal motto: “Never ask more than you really want to
know” – but he finally abandoned it.
At
one time, all kids know the-answer
(to wit: “Because”),
but
through necessary city efforts and facilities, they learn their way out
of it.
A
father said to a son:
“Feel
free to walk away from any sentence that begins: ‘I’m the kind of person
who…’ for there’s no need to hear any more; the person has already told
you
all
you need to know about them.”
(Then
he added: “You can also note that anyone who talks about man’s imperfections,
understands nothing.”)
One
man's consciousness (when speaking of him) often refers to him as:
“the
fantastic me,” (explaining that
most of the people who know him
are
simply too shy to do it).

One
man says that whenever he’s asked his occupation he’s always tempted to
say:
“North
wind.” (This due to the fact
that his brother has already taken: “Magnetism.”)
The
guiding principle of the creatures on one planet seems aptly wrapped up
in
their favorite aphorism: “If the cups were larger – they would hold
more.”
(Their neighbors
feel they have a lot to learn
[or else much to teach.])
City
men think that because they can shout words that offend other men,
they
have mental freedom.
A
kid told the ole man that he had decided: “Trying seriously to wake-up
will either: wake you up, or drive you crazy,” (and the elder assured
him not to worry about it).
Just
before everyone understands a new idea – no one understands
it.
One
man gives his permission for stories to be written about him –
as
long as he is not identified by name, his voice is disguised,
and
he is shown only in darkened silhouette.
(“Shouldn’t he
be taking this up with his consciousness?”)
If
you make your voice pretend to sound sincere,
then
those who seek the sound of sincerity, will find you sincere.
There
was once a ruler who seemed to pretty well grasp the whims and ephemerae
of
the people as evidenced by his private references to his self as:
“The
King Of Make-Do.”
(When the populace
eventually learned of this, they all wanted to call themselves this also.)
Moving
About Vs Going Somewhere.
Simply
pacing-back-and-forth
will not take you to either back or
forth.
No
matter how grand you may speak of travel, or how expressive be your supporting
hand gestures and body language, if your foot is nailed to the floor,
you
have a locomotion problem.
As
opposed to the political ad claims of those successful in the ordinary
world,
the
man who awakens never
remembers where-he-came-from.
One
man said: “The older I get, the less sure I am that anything
is impossible
in
the incorporeal reality, singular to man.”
(In
response, his partner suggested he try saying that while making a wildly
silly face, and see how he feels about the matter then.)
Sensing
the kid getting carried away by his philosophical, poetic flights,
the
ole man advised:
“Don’t
get too concerned over holding-up-a-mirror
to life –
it’s
seen it all already.”
Each
day when Life
calls the cows – and you come –
you
do realize what that means, right?!

At the end of
his performance, a matron commented:
“Young man, I
understand that not everyone can be original – but you
could have kept quiet.”
