No
Matter Where The Lime-Eyed
Man Looks
-- Everything's Lime
_______________________________________________________
The
notion that if truth and falsity are allowed to freely slug it out,
truth
will always finally prevail is fine – unless this is going
on in
man’s
intangible, second reality – then entirely other results ensue
(which
by the way, no one residing there appears to notice).
When
you know how to expand, and thus free yourself from the confines of dichotomous
choices, you can not only have your pastries and consume them too,
but
also make crumbs of that responsible for the illusion of such limited selections.
Man’s
second reality just appears restrictive – O! it is
but still it just appears
to be,
like in Fairyland, Peter Pancan
fly, true enough, but look at what you’re saying .
(But
don’t, not if you feel defensive about your own inner life.)
Consciousness
will consider alternatives --
if forced to,
but
never concerning matters within the second reality it has created.
Being
impressed by any other human
(other
than for strength in a man, and beauty in a woman)
is
the sign of a tadpole.
Something
is holding everyone’s test result.
(“Jeeze! – I damn near spilled myself on the floor.”)
The
ballad of one casanova of consciousness :
“Romance your thoughts,
with no guilt or scorn,
fuck ‘em tonight,
leave ‘em in the morn.”
Efficiency
is survival’s best friend,
and
consciousness nude, is the epitome of efficiency.
(“Are you trying to say that Enlightenment
is
simply consciousness stripped?”
Even
if that were the intent, saying it to normally encumbered consciousness
is
a waste of time; it simply cannot hear it through all those layers of thought-attire.
Life
in this universe must act as haberdasher – and men are its
special models;
all
creatures sport its external clothing, but only man, its unseen machinations,
manifest
in him as consciousness.
“No wonder,” mused an awakened man, “I feel so pretty.”)
A
father so advised a son:
“The
so called known-dangers
that haunt men’s second reality
have
two features significant to the likes of us:
first:
they present no real danger, and second:
they
are not known (that is: understood) to begin with.
You
can be killed by the subway, but not by subterranean demonic forces.”
(“Okay mister know-it-all: how about the psychological subway trains
in your own mind! – how about all the damage they can do!?
–
how do answer that?! – yeah, what do you say to
that!?
O, you’ll have to excuse me now, I hear my train coming.”)
If
your consciousness is only as you were born with,
and
you live in the land-of-grimm,
then giants can
come crashing down from the sky, and wolves can
blow your house down.
In
man’s mental only realm, all worlds come with their built in features
–
which
(miraculously) always fit perfectly.
(“That’s why I keep telling you that
Heaven & Paradise undoubtedly exist!
–
the clear proof being that not one religion describes the place as resembling
Pittsburgh or Liverpool --
coincidence? – I think not.”)
When
all crows agree on the nature of honesty – then so does honesty
be,
(in
of course, the kingdom of crows).
“Pa pa: where does a man-who-knows live?”
“Certainly,
not-on-a-map.”
Humans
have heroes because they want to believe there are people who
are
better than they are;
if
you believe this, you have no understanding of man and what’s going on.
Notes
a chap:
“Funny
thing about life in prison:
even
when you’re alone – you have someone to talk to.”
In
man’s second reality (under everyday city conditions),
having
nothing-to-live-for is about the same as otherwise.
Upon
hearing this, some pessimists suddenly experienced such an electrical jolt
that
they momentarily ceased to resemble their own reflection, and upon learning
of this some gods exclaimed: “May the humans have mercy on us!”
and
to help relieve the tension, we turn to our
Inner Urban Dictionary
for
a timely definition: Taxes:
The taking from men of that which is of no real value
so
as to divert their attention from what is actually
being withheld.
(“I must say: I have never heard thoughts metaphorically referred to as
taxes --
and I do not believe I like it
-- even if I understood it --
probably.”)
This
is tricky to grasp in that (from the nervous-system-rebel’s perspective):
the
addition of life’s normally-provided-thoughts to one’s consciousness
subtracts
from its efficacy.
(“But that is just for those few anomalies, correct?!”)
For
the few: Not all questions deserve a response;
all
questions however are sitting targets for a response that will annihilate
them,
(even
if it is just silence).
“That is strange (is it not, pa pa) how in some instances,
nothing is the solution to everything?!”
“Not
when the instance occurs in a man trying-to-get-to-the-bottom-of-things.”
Conversation.
“My
least favorite senses are hearing and thought
-- and you know why? --
‘cause
they're the only two that are passive.”
“Thinking's not one of the senses.”
“To
me it is, and my comment still holds.”
When
queried about the significance of this or that thing in the physical world,
men
will commonly have no opinion, but when asked about the importance of
any
matter in their mentally conceived, cultural world,
they
will always express a vigorous pro or con feeling.
(This
is of no interest to the special-investigator?)
For
his birthday, the ole man gave the kid this celebratory wrapped message:
“Honor
consciousness – screw everything else – literally!
–
‘cause
if it ain’t part of consciousness (and’s not something
to eat) then that’s what it’s for.
Learn
early: Don’t waste consciousness’ time – that’s its only resource.”
One
man calls his self: Mortician To
The Big Shots (even
though he's not in the funeral business).
As
he began to get his own individual grasp on the nature of man’s second
reality,
one
fellow mused:
“Is
there the slightest possibility that the reality man perceives here
expands
to fill the needs of his intellect?”
The
Distinction.
The
nervous-system-rebel keeps tinkering with his consciousness until it expands
to
the point of driving out the second-reality-based-thoughts normal to man.
The
Song Of Exceptional Consciousness.
“I’m
free because – I'm no longer just me.”
