The
conscious part of the brain is upset because it cannot directly control
internal physical operations the way it does thoughts.
(Okay:
the way it seems
to control thoughts,
as
per its own unanalyzed assertions),
and
there’s the rub on the neural G spot:
It is not only good
to be king –
but
being so makes complete self delusion possible.
(“So, pa pa: why aren’t other organs, such as the heart, lungs or liver
given to such
egocentric deception?”
“They
can’t verbally reflect on themselves.”
“And that’s the only reason?”
“Look
at it for yourself and tell me that it’s not.”)
Just
as magicians consider it the epitome of de classé to reveal
how a trick is done,
so
do those teaching enlightenment who lack same, really
hate having it pointed out.
(“Jeeze! – don’t spiritual-masters
have enough on their plate! –
give ‘em break --
cut ‘em some slack!”)
“Well,”
demands another chap, “if the deranged are the proper ones to
treat
the mentally ill, then who better than dreamers to instruct the sleeping.
Huh!
– sometimes I simply can’t fathom how people can so blazingly
overlook
the
verbally obvious.
(Such blindness is damn near criminal.)”
Conversation.
“Is
there anything more enjoyable than making fun of other people!”
“Or more natural!”
(And
someone says: “How dare you
to have considered headlining this:
‘Conversation
Concerning The Naturalness Of Man.’”)
Public
Announcement.
If
you’re expecting to receive accurate information concerning anything other
than
food
preparation, auto repair, plumbing and the like,
you
foremost need to have your I.Q.
checked out.
People
who claim to have had an epiphany arising from some event in their
personal
life, wouldn’t recognize one if it set up housekeeping in their underwear.
(And
the conscious part of one guy’s brain used to exaggerate its jockstrap
size
to
the rest of his nervous system.)
And
now let us pause for a moment of silence and pity for those who fret over
men fooling-Mother-Nature.
Silence........pity – okay! – who laughed?!
A
father asked a son:
“Do
you now get it sufficiently to understand that what would give most people
today unparalleled pleasure would be to appear on their favorite tv show,
and
answer questions about themselves and their preferences?”
In
his inner dining room one man has banned the fat from the food.
“Do you mean banned the fat content from the food,
or fat men from access to the food?”
So!
– you’re not
as deaf as you pretend.
Dialogue.
“Nobody
likes a smartass except another smartass.”
“I don’t see how even they
can.”
“They
can’t really – but another smartass is the only person who’ll
even pretend to.”
Nothing
equals the fun of thinking for the certain man –
leastwise
‘til
his understanding of what thinking is --
fully
ripens.
“Rotten fruit,
rotten fruit,
the juices spoiled
my birthday suit.”
Conversational
Quiz.
“Is
there anything more enjoyable than being alive!”
“Wow – that’s a hard one to answer.”
If
you are offended by a particular comment due to an event in your life,
(such
as being annoyed by cripple jokes because your uncle lost a leg)
you are probably as many kicks as the previous chap who enjoys making fun
of other people.
Your
trips to the barber will never produce the results you desire
if
your instructions are always: “Just a little off the sides.”
(The headline
to this story should have been something metaphorical to do with the
alteration of
one’s consciousness.)
A
father suggested to a son:
“Any
time you want a respite from sticking your dick in a blender –
fill
up the time with predicting the future.”
“Gee................thanks Dad.”
On
the day he played the game: when the answer was: “Garage
Door Opener,”
the
matching question was: “What Is Consciousness?”
(At least that’s
what the host of the show said.)
Everybody’s
in show business;
everyone’s
a documentary film – you doubt it?
check
out the ceaseless serious voice-over accompanying your life.
(Oh, okay: A
shamumentary, a schlockumentary.)
One
man tried to remember every day to say to his brain:
“I
think of you often and with great affection,”
and
would have his brain respond: “And I, you.”
(The entire affair
is quite entangled and this is just a rough verbal representation.)
You can only preach to the choir.
Displays
Of Dissent Portend Potential Political Upheaval.
The
appearance of reactive thoughts in a few men's consciousness
causes
protest from
consciousness;
it
promises more if such thoughts continue.
O tempora, O spatia! – O mores, O lesses!
A
boy asked a father:
“If
a real deal man committed suicide, he wouldn’t leave an explanation would
he?”
“And a real deal man wouldn’t answer that question.”
Since
the conscious part of the brain can’t physically do
anything,
it
compensates by unrestricted imagining.
Consider:
if men could move mountains with their mind,
or
by thoughts affect a roulette wheel
-- would they remain religious?
The
dumb want to appear intelligent and the ugly, comely;
what
do the routinely conscious (who refer to themselves as, sleeping)
wish
to seem as?
The
few who ever really understand what being-asleep
is,
develop
the desire to seem as nothing;
to
be in consciousness --
everything,
but appear in sight as nothing in particular.
A
touchless sport rarely tasted by men.
Mused
a chap:
“The
conscious part of the brain should
be god, sinatra, the rolling stones,
but
for now it’s stuck being the opening act.
One
thing about finally understanding the literal basis for wanting to wake-up,
achieve-enlightenment
etc. is that thereafter you never again have to
reassess-your-position.
Once
he realized consciousness' role in the overall scheme of human existence,
one
man’s most commonly thought question (as he would gaze upon its
activity) was:
“Who
do I have to hold responsible?”
A
son asked a father:
“Is
it possible to ever see to the absolute bottom of things:
to
understand totally what drives the certain hunger in people like us?”
“It’s for sure possible to see so deeply that what you perceive
cannot be described to others.”
“Because
of its complexity?”
“On the contrary.”
