Concerning Things That Occurred In Mortal Heads,
(That
Is): The Captive, City Area Of Men’s Consciousness.

Common
complaints are for common men
-- and which help keep them common.
“If
you don’t know that you can’t fly does that allow you to do so?”
asked
a rhino of the parrot on his back.
“Had I not ever told you about flying in the first place you would not
now be having
any thoughts concerning whether you can or can’t do so yourself.”
“So
what’s your point? --
is it not your job to tell me about things I would otherwise
be
ignorant of?”
“Perhaps, but when it comes to the idea of you flying,
don’t you think it’s gone a bit overboard?!”
“That’s
easy for you to say --
since you’ve never been
a rhino,
stuck
here on the ground.”
(This
last comment filled the bird with great pity and sympathy for the
ground
bound rhinoceros --
no it didn’t:
the
parrot with its flighty sense of the absurd just wanted that thrown in.)
“Ha!”
it said under its breath, “what could be more foolish than the idea of
a rhino sailing through the air;
just
because I can, and I talk to him constantly should not cause him to forget
the
simple
fact that he and I are two different animals.”
The
man who wakes up to the full reality of his species never forgets this
fact;
not
doing so accounts for ordinary men's state of consciousness.
The
Proper Identification Of Prison Toxins.
If
someone calls it poison --
it’s poison to someone.
Only
the serious talk about freedom;
only
the serious are seriously captive;
(regarding
this matter): nothing the certain man might say would reveal him to be
anything other than non aligned.
You
can’t make a break for freedom if at the same time you’re chowing down
on
verbal
prison guards.
Those
who can
--
get away,
those
who can’t --
debate the epistemology of captivity
and freedom.
While
a child, the real-deal-man fulfills his need to play with toys and public
concepts;
the
adult rebel’s thoughts are on reality
-- not man’s collective narrative
there about.
The
Psychology Of Concern For Those In Confinement.
You’ll
worry about whatever your body tells you to.
The
ordinary want to describe what they call: the
human condition,
(as
they experience and perceive it);
the
man struggling to turn-the-corner details to himself instead
the
ordinary mind in men which presents such descriptions.
Routine
city dwellers talk about the smog there;
the
rebel outlier talks about that within the dwellers that makes possible
their
concept of smog.
Everyone
else's thoughts are taken up with dreams about going to Elysia;
the
awakened man's are about man's dreaming.
Part
of what you properly do in a cell is spill your guts and whine.
Animals
and other singled minded creatures are not aware of their limitations,
and
thus never ponder, self-improvement.
The
only chunks of coal that dream of being diamonds
are
those who were exposed to the jon
anderson anthem;
ergo
the need to keep human culture away from the ferally simple and pure.
“Pa pa: when I grow up can I be simple and pure?”
“Ha!
-- I figured you’s gonna say
feral.”
The
Set Up In The City Ballroom.
An
ordinary mind is like a dance team that shares a leg.
All
ordinary ideas have two purposes
-- though ordinary men recognize
but one.
Something
Too Obvious To Mention.
Those
who hear god are the same ones who channel for the dead.
Rule
(Or
At Least Strong Suggestion).
Never
censure a medium
(or an X-large
botanist).
Via
their temperament-cum-personality you could say that every man
has
his own theme song --
funny
thing is --
it
sings him.
Routine
people must take themselves seriously
or
else they could find no activity in the city profitable.
At
any given moment, just because many of the passengers say the ship is sinking
is
never proof that it is
-- even
if it is.
Seasons.
Spring
is not the only time the certain man blossoms.
For
maximum efficiency city prisons employ confusion & pseudo-certainty
as
guards.

Up To A Previous Story.
If
someone else thought it
-- it’s poison.
Ordinary
ideas must defend themselves, after all --
there’s so little to protect.
One
man says he finds it interesting that everyone he has come to admire is
dead.
As
they say about the city: If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere,
(disregarding the fact that there’s nothing to actually make there).
When
your own thoughts are the cell walls
-- all talk of escape is ludicrous.
Everyone
possesses two minds --
but only a few are ambidextrous.
The
certain man’s ideas can come at you from all directions,
(assuming
you have a fully operative compass.)
How
The Top End Of The Nervous System (The Mayor Of Your City) Reacts To
The
Rest Of The Nervous System Being As It Is (That Is: To You Being You).
For
the Samuels of life:
“It’s clammy being sammy.”
One
man pondered: “Why has tourism become man’s largest enterprise?”
Mortal
institutions are a shrouded façade whereby men can be mentally mugged
without them taking it so personally.
(Sheep
aren’t bothered particularly by being tied up:
it's
intellectual humiliation they can’t bear.)
In
the city the easiest way to seem like an artist is to act weird.
And
one chap wondered: “Why are the majority of hospital beds filled by
men
with nervous system disorders
-- who (by a certain diagnosis)
are
people who never left home?”
Definition.
Self
improvement: The attempt by a right
foot to rearrange the order of toes on a left.
“I
may not know where I am going, but something clearly tells me that
it
should not be here.”

note: “Dense” needs
no adjective or synonym.)
In
a 3-D

and
it is not certain that they even see
a 3-D
world.
The
Mind And The Ability To Recollect.
A
man with a common memory remembers too
much.
Popularity
Via Removal.
Ordinary
men adore the dead --
they’re so manageable.
If you’re going to remain imprisoned -- it’s best you never even suspect.
A curious thing about attempting to escape is that until you realize you
have
nothing to lose you can't see that you have nothing to lose.
Just
being alive is to partially disapprove of yourself;
being
serious is to take the disapproval personally and be captured by it.
(An
enlightened skunk has no concern for his aroma.)
No
captivity is as bad as being shackled to yourself --
especially
when it is not even you.
No matter how you cut it -- slop is slop.
