Reports
For Those With Rapier Perception

One
man pretended to be sick --
he
enjoyed it so much that he passed it on to his children --
the
man’s name was Adam.
“Well
hey, don’t blame me personally --
I
didn’t just one day up and decide to be like that;
you
gotta realize that I had to be sick to do something like that.”
(There
are those who think he looked in the wrong direction when he bestowed the
name, weasel.)
To
ever escape: the rebel needs new ideas he got from within himself
--
which
is surely a literal impossibility -- so let us say that what
he needs is:
new
connections between the ideas already there.
A
father said to a son:
“As
regards conversing twixt civilians & rebels: birds don’t correct worms
(or
give them more than the appearance of an interested hearing).
The
cruder version of this is: Hippos pay no attention to their own farts
--
do
you get it: two openings in what is in essence a single piece of equipment.”
“So you’re using worm
to represent one aspect of a bird,
which I assume is you speaking again of two operating areas in our brain?!”
tweet.”
The
famous with talent who are shitty are not sure they deserve their fame.
Fact:
There is only one talent (the talent of knowing-what’s-going-on)
about
which a man has no doubt.
“Is that why it is so rare, and difficult to possess?”
And
don't forget, neat.
Anything you’re trying to understand can be explained in a dozen words or less --
A
father gave a son this energy saving tip: “Once you understand what is
going on
you
don’t have to listen to the words people say;
if
they are speaking of something about which they are passionate,
you
can feel it in their tone and react accordingly,
and
if there is none, they’re just seeking your social attention
(which
is easily provided by just your being there).”
One
rebel camp outside the city put up a handmade sign identifying themselves
(humorously) as: Don’tWasteYourTimeville.
Everyone
is the world’s leading expert on one matter -- but no
one realizes what it is.
News
From The Neuro Pharmaceutical Front.
Some
men take uppers;
some
men take downers;
the
rebel’s taste runs to sidewayers.
One
man pretended to hear voices --
he
enjoyed it so much that he passed it on to his children --
the
man’s name was Adam.
“Look,
here’s how it happened: I did actually begin to hear a voice in my head,
but
I knew if I told anyone, they would think I was going crazy,
so
I gave the impression that I was pretending
to hear it.”
Did it work?
“No
need to ask me -- check with yourself.”
Whenever
he is in the city, one man subsists on Hokumburgers
--
knowingly
so --
since
he would anyway.
Conversation.
“It’s
surprising how much thought you save if you don’t want anything.”
“What if it’s a matter that you don’t want anything if you’re saving
thought?”
“Man!
-- I’ve got to stop talking to myself.”
Everyone
likes a different kind of music, movies and macaroons,
but
everyone has in common a dislike for everyone’s taste.
(Funny
how that works out, huh?!)
A
father said to a son:
“It’s:
Y.
B. E. my boy, Y.B.E.
-- you be either:
good
with your body, or good with words. Which’ll it be?”
“Are they mutually exclusive?”
“Look
around you.”
“But is the mere presence of conventional situations proof of their inevitability?”
“Look
around you and deny that the answer is clearly: damn
near!
The
fact cannot be hidden that the more apt a man is physically,
the
less so he is verbally, and vice the versey,
and
note with yourself the extreme difficulty to be both simultaneously,
(to
run the high hurdles for instance, while giving an impromptu speech
on
the shared symbolism of the Romantic
poets).
It
is as though our nervous system contains a switch which allows energy to
either be flowing into the body’s muscles and sub cortical brain operations,
or
into its higher, verbal areas, and observation easily reveals that most
men
are
innately and permanently weighted to one or the other.”
“And why are you telling me this?”
“Because
anyone born with the special interest inherent in our family line
has
the capacity to not be so restricted.”
“But you started out telling me that I had just the choice of being either
good with my body or with words?!”
“Yes,
but if you will chase this common situation to its end,
you
will then experience a shift in the natural born balance of your nervous
system whereby conventional inevitabilities are no longer yours.”
“Never again?”
“Only
when you forget that they’re not.”
“Like Adam’s special progeny only being sick and confused when they
forget that they’re not -- that something in them is just pretending
to be?!”
“Ladies
and Gentlemen: we have our winner in Lane
4!”
The
Relationship Between Natural Born Thinking, And The Few’s Desire To
Get
To The Real Bottom Of Things.
You
can catch mice in rat traps, but not rats in mouse traps;
the
realized man who can see -- has no rodents --
no one ever has had any.
One
man pretended to have rats --
he
enjoyed it so much that he taught his children to do it.....................................
Man
is the only animal who travels, motivated not by the body, but by ideas
--
the
only creature on the prowl for the new,
but
always looking for it outside himself;
only
the few look inside their self for the new -- for new ideas.
“But there can’t really be any ideas in you that are new
to
you!”
New
ideas regarding the intangible world of ideas are actually new connections
between the ones already there.
Everyone
has an unpublished résumé;
rebels work only for themselves;
the certain man’s business is a sole proprietorship --
not a corporation, or even a partnership, but a one (by gum!) man operation.
(Reflected in only one runner being allowed in each track.)
