Career Guidance For The Unusually Aroused

A man sat down and pondered the logic of one local feature:
“If planting results in eating,
and toil produces strength,
and study brings knowledge,
then what is achieved by sacrifice?”
Some months later this man changed his name from Aristotle to Whattle-Throttle.

A Little Something For The Ordinary To Look Forward To.
The older you get  --  the dumber you get,
but it occurs at such a consistent, gradual rate that you never notice it,
(if you’re as dumb as the average.)

A man whose genes are so tied to some group that he is constantly thinking thereof, can have no independence of mind,
(he may be a good son or citizen, but never a real thinker).

Thought Weighed Against Action.
    A thief with a plan,
    can get the job done,
    but not near as fast,
as a man with a gun.

Neurons falling prey to plotting can take their owners into the hole with them.
(There is after all, a reason for the name of burial spots in the cemetery.)

A man who will explain to you why he thinks what he thinks  --
and it seems to make sense to him  --  doesn’t know anything worth explaining.
Blind Dogmatism: Two plus two always equals four.
The Dogmatism Necessary To Sustain Normal Human Life:
Two plus two always equals four.

While unaligned ideas make no sense to those of the collective,
the rebel sailor understands that to be of use, the North Star must be impartial.

From Dr. Sardonicus’ Dictionary.
A Populist Politician: A folk singer who can’t sing...........and ain’t really folks.
Cows relish seeing their peers act humble; when you’re no better than anyone else
all that’s available is for someone to let you pretend you are.
The original conspirators were makers of funny mirrors and audio engineers
who assured people that the noise they were hearing
wasn’t actually coming from their heads.

Unrecorded Hormonal/Neural Military History.
One female warrior was known as: Heloise The Mindfuck,
her brother went by the name: Horatio The Body Destroyer,
and together they could wrought wide mischief  --  particularly upon one another.

Once you realize that it was never intended that those with the potential to really think should take the ideas of others seriously  --   everything becomes a lot clearer.

One man became increasingly hesitant to pull the covers back up over himself
as he became less sure of who had kicked them off.

Hormones know the time,
it is neurons that lead hungry hands to construct clocks that read:
“Is it time for lunch break yet?”

The great unseen purpose of tradition is to assure nervous cows:
“Yes – the best IS behind us.”

One man ground up his past and had it for dinner  --
but too often did he find himself repeating the meal.
(The hands of Heloise and Horatio sustain one another.)
To try and get loose  --  one man had himself surgically removed.

The reason History is such a difficult area to study is because
those doing the studying are it  --  and can’t realize it.

A Law Of Uncontrolled Physics.
Twits always believe their lives are unusually important.

A Bit Of Lit.

                                                   First men invented religion  --
                                                   then fiction –
                                                   then science  --
                                                   then science fiction  --
all in an ongoing attempt to  --   keep up.

If you limit your attention to their feet  --
a herd seems to be moving faster.

Those of the collective do not have to constantly prove they are sane --
any more than a skunk must constantly stink to affirm its identity,
and place in the scheme of things.

One man continually reminded himself: “A man with amnesia is your friend  --   including yourself.”

To be of independent mind you must have either a higher or lower
threshold of boredom than the collective,
(or else something equally as unlikely).

As the lad headed off on his urban career his father gave him this parting advice:
“Save yourself some grief by every morning reminding yourself:
‘A creature that has thoughts has got problems right off the bat.’”
Is that good city counsel or what!
Meanwhile  --  cross town in a sweaty, faux mental gym,
as the inert iron was being furiously pumped, the grunt could periodically be heard: “No brain  --  no pain.”

And someone asks:
“Why on Earth does anybody bother with what you people try to accomplish?”
(You wanna take that one?)

What passes for humor in the herd is little more than criticism in camouflage;
what the man-who-knows finds funny, no one ever knows but him.
