AMIDST THE ENDLESS BUSINESS MERGERS, ONE ENTERPRISE CONTINUES TO OPERATE ALONE

On a certain pushing-at-the-red-end-of-the-spectrum planet
they are so up front in their recognition of the primary, underground streams nourishing their hungry trees of consciousness that they have but a single
highway law and sign which simply says: “Yield To Superior Force”
(a place nicknamed by some: “Obvious World.”)

The mind’s relentless, daily attempt in the city to, get-things-wrapped-up
is a major cause of many men, later in life, wearing un tied, flannel bathrobes,
and no underwear.

One day two trees were just standing around talking and one of them said:
“If a man alone in the forest speaks, will anyone hear him?”
and the second replied:
“Is that not taking the approach of inverted metaphors a bit too far for even us!” --
an accusation to which the first tree’s only response was
an instinctive rustling of its leaves,
and a son asked a father:
“But is it not the wind that rustles the leaves, and not any action on the tree’s part?!”
“Those with a standard cellular structure make no mental distinction between
the circumstances of their life AND their life.”
“But is that not proper inasmuch as the unseen underground streams feed directly
the roots of the trees in an endless, seamless process?!”
“Yes, but I noted that men ordinarily make no conscious note thereof,
but rather verbally point sometimes to circumstances as the villain in their play,
and at others, to unknown forces operating in them,
when the forces are not unknown, but simply given names
to lead men’s attention away from the seamlessness of it all  --  for (all in all):
the whole thing is far too much for a normal tree to take in and digest.”
“Man, you mean?!”

Question: Why so often do those seeking spiritual enlightenment gather together,
and retreat behind monastery walls?” --
so they won’t hear all the trees laughing at them.
“Men, you mean?!”
And some one says: “I do find talk such as this regarding man, quite indelicate.” --
all right: another query:
What has delicacy to do with developing the mental end of your nervous system
to its maximum potential?  --
grass does not manage to grow even up through paved sidewalks by being delicate, and neither thereby does the certain man’s thinking reach the wished for area
outside the concrete based city of man’s collective mind.
If you blink  --  you’ll miss it  --  and those who initially blinked
are the ones who now take the circumstances of life the most seriously.
Fear & uncertainty can certainly assist a man  --  IF he is the one causing it.

Mental Health.
Instability to the certain man is  --  feeling-much-better;
a head with no rustling leaves is to him  --  being well.

Attention All Metaphysical Poets: The real, “Song Of Life” is the sound of blood.

A man offers this: definition-in-hiding:
“Everyone's thoughts nicely fit the concept of a slightly mad tyrant (that is):
in their dreams of world-domination.
It’s a case of either: you get circumstances, or circumstances will get you.”
“But how in the world can a person ever get the upper hand over circumstances?”
“Jeeze! -- I didn’t know you were listening closely enough to ask a question like that.”
Moral: recreational thoughts are in charge of making assertions for god’s sake!  --
NOT backing them up!
(And hormones thought: “Man! --  I’m glad I don’t have to put up with that crap!”)

How Thoughts Work For The Good Of Man Regardless Of How They Do.
Just because your last seven predictions of a suddenly appearing, gigantic meteorite destroying Earth didn’t happen, is no proof your latest one won’t.
Moral: mind does not live by reality alone.
(“And thank god for that,” whispered you-know-who.)

Struggling for the attention of the crowd, the man finally cried out quite loudly:
“I remind you: the squirrels never forget!” and someone shouted back:
“You say that, but it has not been proven to my satisfaction, that they remembered anything in the first place,”  to which the speaker retorted:
“It is just such parochial thinking that kept rodents on the ground for millions of years  --  before they awoke to other possibilities of residence.”
(The man in the mob later admitted that he was pretty overcome by what the speaker had said, but wondered how he knew he was Catholic?)

One man, wearing half a hat, announced: “My fearless prediction is as follows:
I didn’t do it!  --   and you can’t prove otherwise!”

A father said to a son:
“The secret for which men seek is right before their eyes, but they do not see it,
I say this not to make you feel bad, but to note how life has made us all
damn-near blind to a certain matter.”

The boy’s private position eventually became one of:
“I can do it, and it doesn’t matter if you can prove that I can’t.”
