YOU'RE STILL THERE

There was once a land that had no wind,
and having none  --  supported no life;
eventually wind did come, and animation at the location appeared;
now for some reason, a certain area of the land longs for the stillness of ore.

There was once a land that had no wind,
and having none, was unaware of itself;
eventually a wind did appear,
which stirred the place to a knowledge of its own existence;
now for some reason, a certain area of the land finds the provided knowledge inadequate.             Inadequate for what? (most would wonder).

Travel News:
In a sense: all humans are wanna-be immigrants  --  men desiring a new state.

How It Is For Most, Going Through Life:

Passengers with teeny weeny brains,
                                            are satisfied with teeny weeny trains.

And someone says:
”Just because you can make something rhyme
does not necessarily mean that it has any particular significance”–
    “Ah! --  but contraire, mon ami  --   that something is pleasing to the ear, I say  --
    marks its materiality.”
“But what proof is there to such a claim?”
    “None perhaps, but does it not seem that it should be so when you consider
      how grating on the mind is the routine verbal foolishness you mostly hear?!”
Question: why cannot something improbable be usefully so to the few when what the collective takes to be valid is so otherwise?
    Many things hide behind words  --  such as: other words,
                                                                                 silly ideas,
                                                                                 more silly ideas,
                                                                                 more words, and so on.

For those with teeny expectations,

                                              there are teeny remunerations.

Cattle cars, for slaughterhouse bound,
individual cows slain by boredom & predictability;
those who get off and have a non rider’s view of the train
privately struggle against all forces that threaten the vitality of their brethren’s brains.
The way off the neural train of doom is known to none but those who jump  --
preparations therefore can be portrayed perennially
but without a man locate that extraordinary inner leap within his own brain’s wiring,
the descriptions lay fallow.

Fresh Facts For Those Already Able To Make Periodically Trips Out Of The City:
to be free is to be by yourself;
to be free is to gain a whole new concept of self.
Question: what might be the definition of:
a charitably inclined, independent thinker?
One who, at the moment, might pretend to share his neighbors’ feelings.
   If you are certain that a man's words were intended to hurt you,
   even those under the color of helpful-criticism,
   you are not speaking with a man who knows what is really going on in life.

Common minds with teeny views,

                                               ever primed for direful news;
                                               only those with head room clear,
                                               take in the stuff  presented here.

“In the beginning does it count if I just pretend to understand what you are saying?”
    “Better approach: turn away from whatever your present thinking’s reaction to it be;
      the freedom-of-all-freedom from that which is common to man is in the
      silent denial that you ever were common.”
Question: how can a civilian reliably identify a man who knows what is going on?
It is not possible;
such a man is as invisible to the ordinary as is to them  --  what-is-going-on.
   In their attempted analysis of the train ride, city brains exhort men to:
   “Keep it to the known facts”  --
     while he who is hip to the trip understands to: keep it to himself
(not that it would make any difference to other passengers if he did talk,
but doing so would make his feet swell up and tend to re confine him to his seat  --  which,
even momentarily, he finds unacceptable;
if such a man did utter on this matter it might be: “I did not work my inner ass off for forty years
to end up sitting again on that inert area of mental fat.”)
             One man’s motto: “He who travels fastest travels alone  --   yea!, –
                                                it is only he who actually goes anywhere.”

And in case anyone is not yet clear on this matter:
the tracks between where you are and where you want to go
are laid down in your own brain.

This email just in: "Sir: Some times in the middle of reading you,
                                      I have the experience of deja vu --
I am sure that I have never written you about this before,
yet it seems as though this very same episode occurred previously;
I am much hesitant about pursuing this matter further least it becomes as
beginingless and endless as is my own  thinking (I feel sure you understand what I mean).
                                Sincerely," etc.

Concerning the surgeries he kept undergoing intended to combat a particular illness
by continually removing newly infected parts of his body, one man thought:
"Physically I am gradually disappearing  --  one piece at a time  --
not unlike," (he further mused) "What I for so long have been doing to myself mentally."

Cows like to get together in separate little bunches and laugh at other cows
over in other little bunches –
that way all of them can believe that no one else is laughing at them
                                     (yes, the logic is flawed, but what the hell  --  they’re cows!)
A thing about any collective is that within its confines  --   anything goes  --
whatever is commonly agreed to be so  --  is so;
now apply this verbal picturization to what automatically goes on in your mind
that is accepted by ordinary men to be, thinking
(not all of the world’s great shocks come from wall outlets).

If you still believe that talk (as ordinarily practiced) has any real significance,
then ask yourself: Why are not people conscious of what they are going to say before they say it?  Would not anything of importance to be said be beforehand planned?
(Admittedly, this can be a dirty question  --  but only if you think about it too hard  --
that is: enough that the tail of its implications begins to wrap around the neck of presentation.)
  A Reminder To All Boys & Girls In The City:
   Do not  --  we repeat: do not pursue any line of thought that either makes your mind
   feel queasy, or overly robust;
   danger for cows is every where  --  even in their own insides.
Herds who heed warnings are herds who are content.
(Pst! -- no big deal  --   herds by nature heed warnings.)

Note: on the open plains outside the city  --  warnings never appear;
knowing-what-is-going-on neutralizes their need.

And another email arrives: "Dear Sir:
I often have the sensation that your Daily News is changing even as I read it;
is this a phenomenon of the News, or of my mind?  --   and if the latter,
how can I make this happen at other times?
   I look forward to your response.  Sincerely  --   wait!  --
   is that the whole purpose of this Daily News thing?!?........."

A certain young city that had not yet reached the stage of being concerned about solutions,
did however, set up a toll free number you could call to see about becoming part of
the problem
(see, that is the course by which man’s mental-only reality appears to progress).

Routine News Followed By Some Fresh:
The dense always think it is more difficult & complex than it is;
everybody thinks it is more difficult & complex than it is.

........“Thinks,”  eh?! –
the results of a verb’s action can determine the definition of
the noun that apparently executed it;
ducks who believe they willfully quack are quacked-up.
And those who desire intellectual fresh air and freedom to think must ask themselves:

“Do I want to be the guillotine  --  or the severed neck?”

J

One man was not guilty of saying certain things just to make other people feel mentally..........well  --   uneasy  --  no!  --  make that, different (but if he did do that, then for a few, he was guilty of nothing but good).

  (A clue to the symbolism used in some of these writings can be found in the News Archives: December 10.)
