There
is a streamlined version of the combination mentioned yesterday of:
Don’t
and then: Pretend,
which is: STOP
IT!
-- whatever it is,
As
noted previously, a matter such as this is of no relevance to an ordinary
man,
(yet he need
not be warned not to use it -- wanna guess why), but
can be whoop-de-doo
used by the certain man wanting to internally remove the normal clothes
of consciousness in which he was born and go unknown naked into inner lands
beyond
the
collective neural cities in which everyone else survives and thrives.
While
the certain man’s drive has been and can be described in an endless number
of grammatical fashions it is not disingenuous to say that he is born with
one
small area of his cortex wired/programmed for a particular interest that
is clearly outside humanity’s mental mainstream;
one
part of the thought-generating part of his brain wants something that is
of
no
specific interest to other people, nor even to the other parts of his brain
& thinking;
it
is not a case of, a-man-alone
– but more accurately: one-part-of-a-mind-alone
-- one relatively insignificant area of a man’s cortex,
with
a desire to do something natural to all human brains --
You
could expeditiously say that that part of consciousness wants to
understand
the nature of consciousness -- to comprehend what
it is,
but
just as genuinely you could say that that part of the certain man‘s consciousness
wants to control itself -- govern itself --
direct its own activities,
‘course
everyone else already believes they do,
and
look at how extraordinarily well man does operating under this belief,
but
the certain man who has accomplished anything
knows this to be not so,
and
knows further that the major, normal part of men’s cerebral cortex
has
absolutely no
interest in ever realizing that this species-wide, successful
operating
assumption is fallacious -- nothing but a grand mass illusion
–
but
so mass and so grand as to be no illusion at all, but rather:
Observably
obvious is the clear fact that not one human brain in a million
has
any activity in its consciousness which has an interest in realizing that
it
is not responsible for the thoughts it appears to generate
(or
alternatively: does not have the capacity to digest the fact),
and
from one perspective, this is quite understandable in that you could,
in
an ad hoc approach to the matter, say that the realization of this fact
would cause
the
consciousness in a standard brain to shut down -- become
frozen & inoperative,
not
unlike a motor whose Off/On
switch is swiftly & continually thrown back & forth
so
that it cannot tell whether it is on or off long enough to operate in
any
coherent manner,
(or:
if a mirror had eyes, it would be blinded and no longer functioning as
a mirror if you could somehow make it able to look at itself while it was
reflecting the sun).
While
all ordinary brains have an area in their conscious, thinking cortex that
is
actually
interested in the thing that captivates the certain man,
in
them it is much, much less intense, and is satisfied by the sundries it
creates
in
what man calls his, culture(the
myths, customs, religions, arts, entertainments, and
proper intellectual
pursuits) --
only
in the brains of a small number of certain men does this interest exist
in
the
intensity to drive their thoughts completely beyond what everyone else
collectively and mechanically accepts to be the correct understanding of
man’s
inner,
mental world, and the interpretations of its external manifestations,
and
for such a man to ever make headway he must find a way(s)
to
aid the small part of his mind that so wants to break free and expand its
horizons
to
overcome the lethargy, and even resistance of the oversized, rest of what
goes on
in
his thinking flow,
and
the dead-on, trimmed-down approach thereto is: STOP
IT!
--
from
the strictly personal and private view of one part of the certain man’s
mind
to
all the other parts, it is simply a matter of: Stop
It! --
Only
to the few who can actively practice this, does it make any sense,
and
only they understand the answer to the question: “Stop what
exactly?”
--
only
a man who already knows something can
understand how to
employ
this approach (though ‘tis simplicity itself):
anything
going on in the certain man of which he disapproves,
is
something keeping him from seeing beyond man’s collective intellectual
horizon,
so:
toward anything going on in him of which he disapproves his position is:
Stop
It! --
to
anything going on in him that he knows is not profitable to his special
aim he says: “Stop It!”
-- no analysis -- no thinking about it:
the
certain man, with sufficient experience, knows instantly and without any
doubt what is useless, meaningless and hindering to him
internally, and his handling of it is to say: Stop
It.
We
can now drop the explanation point since his position regarding all of
the stuff that life normally wants to run through him is not emotional;
he
blames no one, nor any aspect of himself,
he
simply is having that special part of his brain remind itself of the
inalterable,
imaginary and irrelevant nature of what the rest of its thoughts are about,
not impotently telling the brain or life to stop the thoughts, no
--
he
is secretly causing the best part of his consciousness to remind itself
J
You might be interested
to know that there was once a man that some felt sure understood everything,
and whenever someone would question him regarding
a problem --
a situation they had with themselves which they believed was keeping them
from their own breakthough, his response was always the same: "Stop it."
