Not only is there overall, thinking-within-thinking,
but within each individual mental movement is yet another:
within every opinion is another opinion;
within every belief is another belief;
within every certainty, another certainty,
and within every denial, another one;
our accuracy standard being upheld:
there is within each not just another  --   but many;
yet to realize one-within-one is a measurable step closer to
getting your brain in shape to eventually see what is going on.

Thoughts the brain has regarding the physical world all have a stable core,
a requirement for such mental activity to have practical application,
but when the brain turns its attention on itself indirectly
through its thinking about things & matters in its self created,
intangible, inner-only world,
the thoughts are mush  --  without an irreducible core, lacking an immovable nucleus:
something possible in this incorporeal realm,
but which could be deadly in the physical.

Within every idea, opinion, belief and “fact” the brain espouses concerning its exclusive thought-only universe are not only a multitude of other ideas,
opinions, beliefs and facts, but constructively, an infinite number (viz):
every idea, opinion, belief and fact related to man’s inner reality contains within it every idea, opinion, belief and fact that mankind collectively has ever had
(more precisely):
any specific thought any man’s brain ever has about a particular thing
which exists only in the human brain’s own ipse dixit universe will contain in it,
every other thought that any other man’s brain has ever had regarding
the same matter.
How can the brain not be aware of this?! --
and how does it cope with such an impossible situation?
A man’s brain --  and by default, the man --  deals with these simultaneously existing,
conflicting opinions, contrary beliefs and competing facts on the basis that
all of them are wrong, save the one it is thinking of at that moment;
thus the inexplicable-surplus becomes merely the plicable-erroneous.

For a fact, even a theory concerning things and matters in the physical to survive,
it must have an immutable core, whose existence,
material reality can eventually make clear,
but in things and matters whose reality is intangible,
notions, theories, even facts are not so confined;
every idea about anything which exists only in ideas has at its core nothing solid,
or stable, but rather an inherently slippery, uncontainable mish mash of
every idea possible about the thing,
and the only appearance there ever be of one particular idea out of the
infinite multitude being singularly correct, or even superior to the others
comes about by it being the one presently in the brain's sequentially run spotlight.

On the planet Quantros, large areas are completely covered in geese herds;
jammed together so tightly that they blanket the landscape as far as the eye can see,
but no goose individually exists until a human looks directly at it  --
singling it out specifically from all the others.

There are areas of this universe that few visit;
in one place, focus is everything; focus, focus, focus;
forget about intelligence, education or good intentions --
--  the only thing worthwhile is focus.

You can look, and you can focus;
brain waves and the outer shell of thinking-within-thinking  --  look,
to see what is really going on requires that you  --  focus;
there is the reality on which ordinary men & their thought look,
and are thereby confused;
then there is a focusing that is possible only to the thinking-within-thinking;

no goose or thought exists until it is looked at,
and no goose or thought ever brought on the realization;

focus  --   ultimately  --   focus is everything.

                                                                                         "Hey, look here."

                            "Why? There's nothing there"
                                "Just making sure you're still my son."

Looking for a core in a cantaloupe is (how should we put this?)--
-- an idiot’s sport.
