There is nothing to discuss.

One man pondered:
“What if mind is not what thinks, but rather the outlet for what really thinks  –
better yet: what if mind is just a filter for thought, and nothing more;
what if stomach is what actually does the thinking,
and mind is simply what moans when stomach eats too much?”

One man came up with a theory: “Mind creates itself” --
which he initially found fascinating --  but quickly turned frustrating  --
once he tried in more detail to  --  think-about-it  --
(the key word to the ultimate frustration being, tried).

There is no debate.

Several thousand years ago the Adam of one particular neural branch observed:
”It is all in the mind” which his less perceptive progeny eventually translated into the assertion that all of the world you see outside yourself is just a creation of your mind (it’s good the old man did not live to witness this debauchery).

Consider: the brain is the only organ which can speak for itself;
can apparently  --   tell you what is on its mind  --
tell you what it thinks about this-&-that  –  how it feels about such-&-such;
it is a marvel --  but proffers an ignored quizzer:
who is it that you perceive is hearing it talk?

There are no disagreements (‘cept over land & water)  --   the rest are delusions.

After much study one man says his conclusion is that men conjured up
the concept of, free-will as a synonym for those weary of referring to, irony --
which itself was a desperation creation to cover up such conversations as:
“God, my head hurts!”  --  “ Well I told you not to drink so much last night”  --
--  “Honey, who are you talking to in there?” (the third line was not a part thereof).

Notes one man:
“I wake up every morning, a slightly different person than I was the day before:
I look down at my body and it is the same body as yesterday –
but inside  --   I do not feel like the same person as yesterday,
and for most of my life I attributed it all to my mind (blamed, is more the word),
but one morning shortly after I had gotten out of bed, and was on the way to the bathroom, already deep into my awareness of feeling so differently than
I had the day before  --  something suddenly clicked  --
not really a new understanding of this matter,
but rather the realization that I had no valid present understanding of it;
as strange as it may sound, it was a tremendous relief and kind of liberation
to suddenly realize  --  head on and unconditionally  –  that my mind is not responsible for how I feel every day  --  ‘tis well known that the brain has no feeling  --
what it does is register feelings;
the great release and promise of future discovery was in the recognition that
I did not have the least idea in my mind of why, at any particular time, I feel like I do, (discounting moments immediate following jalapeno consumption).”

There is nothing to discuss  --  but discuss does man do;
there is no debate  --   but debate fills the air;
except over necessities, there are no disagreements --
but disagreements be man's favorite pastime.

A deaf mute has nothing to discuss;
a blind man debates no sight,
and those in comas disagree with no one.

There is at root, simply nothing to discuss --  to have anything --  it must be made up;
everything men are discussing at this very moment are things their mind created --
not out of pure air, but out of trapped gases;
mind does not develop the matters it discusses from nothing --  but from something's,
but from something's with no voices --
from something's which have no desire nor need to discuss themselves;
the radical something's of all men's lives have no plights to discuss;
they have nothing to say about their existence, and have no urge to explain themselves;
these something's, in their silence, can teach a lot to a man trying to get to the bottom of things, since they are at the bottom themselves.
A man swimming in a pond two feet deep will never dive any deeper than two feet;
a man stuck in thinking about his mind will never get any deeper than his mind --
"But I thought that was enough!"   --   where did you have this thought?

Everything is right out in the open  --  perfectly clear  --  all hanging together --
but that is not sufficient  --  not for the life life demonstratively wants for man presently;
life wants men to analyze their life --  discuss it  --  debate their disagreements thereabout --  not the mere fighting over it that the animals do --  no, no --
life wants men to discuss and debate life  --  fighting over it is in the past;
the current climate is supposed to foster  --  discussing life.

And there is much about life to discuss  --  indeed,  if you are of ordinary mind
there is nothing in life that does not need discussing;
the normal mind of man clearly says that the only way of ever understanding anything and coming to agreement thereabout is via discussion,
and for six billion human beings (+ or -) this is true --  but for a few  --  Phew!

You cannot tell a routine mind that there is nothing to discuss  --
--  it will want to discuss that;
you have to personally be almost to the actual bottom of it all to understand this;
the words themselves: "There is nothing to discuss"
are pretty well unenlightening at any ordinary level of mentation,
but just above (or perhaps, catawampus-to) the neural mezzanine
the reality of the statement stands nakedly awaiting discovery by the few
passionately looking for it.

You could test your sight potential by constantly repeating to yourself:
There is nothing to discuss; there is nothing to discuss; there is nothing to discuss;
 there is nothing to discuss; there is nothing to discuss; there is nothing to discuss...
