NEWS STORIES & STORIES ABOUT THE SO-CALLED NEWS
______________________________________

People using ordinary minds who believe they can comprehend, correct,
or outsmart life appear to have no idea of who they are dealing with,
in that life has given man a mind capable of concocting such concepts as:
god, patriotism, propaganda so that it always has someone other than itself
to hold responsible for its actions, (as in): “Allah directed me to attack those people”
or, “God told me I should not get medical help for my sick child.” --  or:
“Governmental brain-washing”, or,“Loyalty to my country (or ideals)
compelled me to act as I did” –
all such offering some sort of explanation for presumed, mental based behavior
for which the mind could not otherwise account for itself.

Note: the mind only feels the need to try to account for itself
in matters concerning the inner reality.

One man makes the following public declaration: “Other than as I may be forced to
by law  --  I accept no responsibility for anything I do of which I disapprove afterwards.”

A problem  trailing a man while he is trying to get to the answer is the tendency to take other people’s apparent attitude toward the inner reality --  too seriously!  --
as though ordinary people actually take it seriously!

The trap in trying to be provocative is in taking it as being insightful.
(‘Course in taking anything to be something in particular lurks the ever present danger of
taking it to be something it is not.)

The air is filled with promos for, Later   --    (both in and outside your head).

“Son" said a father, "If you follow your old thoughts  --
which can always find fault with anything I tell you  --
--  what I tell you is wasted."
Note: A simple, salient and unavoidable fact that is commonly ignored,
(and at excruciating expense to one trying to get to the bottom of things) is that
sneering at, or criticizing any human activity will keep you from ever understanding
the purpose it is serving to the people involved, even beyond their own awareness.

Reminder: When someone comes to your door seeking contributions,
do not forget to give to the fund to help cure the only disease that afflicts The Few,
(you know, the one with the fancy Latin title):  “I didn’t know I had it ‘til you told me.”
And don't disremember the question: How can something be as important as DoingTheThing turns out to be in the lives of The Few,
and yet, unlike the other significants (eating, sleeping, screwing)
someone has to tell you about its existence?
Question: Just what kind of undiscovered-land is it anyway that the explorer
would never think of looking for did not someone describe it to him in advance.
(“What have they done to that  formerly excellent word, undiscovered?!”)

Anyone (including your own mind) who tells you to study anything other than the mind --   understands nothing.

Rather than noting that the natural mind is in some manner always too much either: this-way-or-that-way, and saying that what is needed is a middle-ground,
more accurately termed would be, a new-ground  --
one not adjacent to either of the usual two (which they always are to one another),
but totally detached and apart.

Nothing counts if you discover it after someone has told you about it.

Trying to GetToTheThing is like trying to dodge & tap-dance-your-way-through
an endless barrage of arrows constantly coming at you from both directions,
(the pros and the cons, the thises and the  thats,  the fors and againsts).

Why do not prominent athletes promote themselves as vigorously as do
celebrities in activities not based on physical prowess?

In many ways man has created a mental, imaginary world that is even more fascinating than the physical one:
go into any church or temple and observe for yourself.

If you have to read a book to learn how to conduct your life  --   you are normal  --
and in fact will be in the running to be deemed, above average
by other such book readers.

If there is a conspiracy in the fact that two per cent of the people run the world,
then there can also be a conspiracy among the other ninety eight per cent to let ‘em.

What the few are attempting to do is tap in on a mind unused; what most people have is not  --   a mind, but rather something best called  --   a-mind-about-their-self.

Don’t take no, yes, maybe or anything else that comes from the mouth of another man as an answer.

The truth does not need defending or promoting –
--  which is one reason you seldom hear of it.

Okay --  here’s how it is:
the only people who can teach you how to, wake-up & achieve-enlightenment are those who have been taught how to do so by someone else;
if, after pondering this fact for six seconds, something doesn’t strike you –

--  forget about ever waking up.

What passes for a personality in a  man-who-has-caught-on
is like gossamer wrapped in iron.........or the other way around.........sometimes it’s hard to say.
