A concept commonly accepted, and astonishingly not found curious is for the need to:  love yourself  --  and additionally the notion that you must learn to do so.

The term’s use is understood in the routine psychological sense,
in that from standard mind’s view,
men are completely capable, and liable of disliking themselves;
all ordinary people believe, with no analysis needed, that they know exactly
what is meant and explained by the notion that many normal people seem to suffer
a quite distinct, and debilitating psychological malady due to them somehow
disliking themselves, and that the unquestionable cure is learning to love yourself.

(Just what has been said thus far could provide one of those select few born outside the neural mainstream
with a single bone to gnaw on, which, if you reached the marrow, would clear every question you have ever had.)

For the act of loving or disliking to occur requires the presence of two entities:
a human to feel the emotion and the object about which he so feels,
and to be capable of loving or disliking yourself necessitates there be two of you:
one to do the disliking, and the one who is disliked,
and amazingly enough, just this can be noted to an ordinary person/mind,
and they will say: “So?!”
This never examined notion pervades human mentation from professionals to the person next door, and yet, the slightest investigation of the matter
readily reveals it as erroneous --  ludicrous even,
but life has the common minds of men constructed to totally ignore this
salient quirk-come-flaw in their thinking about themselves
which also provides the foundation for their entire concept of reality.

Ordinary minds perceive the dislike men are apparently capable of feeling toward themselves to be based primarily on their dislike of their body,
which is to say that  --   their thoughts do not like their body,
which is tantamount to the brain disapproving of the body
in which it is an inseparable part.

What more need be said about this than this.

The other area in which regular minds accept self-hatred as reasonable
is in the psychological  --   that men can dislike their thoughts
due to unpleasant prior experiences,
(even if they now be disremembered in consciousness), and herein what is actually being claimed is that  --  their thoughts do not like their thoughts.

Is this not even more staggering than the above regarding the body.

Something is certainly going on in the collective human mind
concerning men believing they can dislike, even hate themselves,
and can learn how to reverse it and love themselves  --   to love what they are.

Look around at the rest of life, (to which man, by any accounting, is superior),
and then ponder: how comes it that man even thinks about something as remote as
a creature (him) having any feeling about itself --  about  --   what it is.
Is there any sign of this going on in any other form of life?
Can your mind even conceive of such a thing occurring in an elephant, a worm, a rose.
In man it serves some purpose, but
just as easy observation reveals that the necessary concept of there being
two of you in you for a loving or disliking of yourself to take place is erroneous,
so too must be the professed purpose of men attempting to change such a situation
in themselves.

Do you get it?  --   do you and that other person in you understand?

Batman trying to get Robin to quit cross dressing is a fool’s undertaking  –

--  even if he apparently succeeds.

MORE NEWS

In collections of men, as contrasted to individuals, certainty seems more present –
which is why men have greater regard for organizations than they do themselves.

Update of a previous story.
The way mind lives life is as though it is a constant rehearsing for living life;
your stomach and other organs are quite satisfied to take it as it comes right now.
(Why not learn a lesson from your guts: you've already got all mind has to offer.)

Just as the rich invented manners to keep the poor at a distance,
so too has the mind devised, the-rational  to hold the truth at bay.

If nothing virtuous can be fun,
then how can anything intelligent be enlightening?

   You can battle locusts and you can fight a tiger;
and based on mass vs elusiveness,
a warrior with perceptive eyes/I’s would have a surprising preference.

To a self-made orphan: a dead pharaoh is better than no mommy at all.

There are two ways to tell if what someone is offering is useless:
one is whether getting your money is their primary interest,
or else money appears to be irrelevant.

Corollary: no one can, wake-you-up  who will not rip you off.

“Men do not live lives that are actually much different than other animals –
but being able to think  --   they think they do --  which makes it seem so.”
   “That doesn’t sound right?!”
“Think about it   --    better yet  --  don’t think about it.”

It is easy enough to agree with the statement that:
everything you need to know is inside of you,
and quite another to find it       ------      or even know how to go about looking for it.

Just as the way to get rich is to steal from others,
the way to feel better is to criticize others.
(See, everything in the ordinary run of men’s lives does fit and make sense --  when you look at it just right.)

What interests men the most, they speak of the least,
and what interests them the least, they speak of the most.

What affects men’s lives the most, they speak of the least,
and what affects their lives the least, they speak of most.

What men say   --  affects their lives least.
(You do the math; you figure it out what it all means.)

A goal too much discussed is pushed further away.

“Son, skip past thinking how weird it is to, be-asleep, distracted & living-in-a-dream,
and just think  --  think about it until it becomes a feeling  --
how thoroughly strange it is to be alive   --    and sitting there thinking about it.”

Anyone who tells you they are awake   --   is not awake  --
they are merely ignorant of what is going on.
