Just as the less civilized will communally share a roasted pig
likewise do the more civilized in a given area share a  head, (a mind,
[and in the widest possible view, so too does the entire world]).
 

Ordinary men who see and understand nothing exceptional
believe they have developed their own individual, and strictly personal minds,
an assertion that requires blindness, deafness,
and dedicated cognitive stupor to survive,
for a clear, awake eye/I cannot look at the moment to moment
private operations, and public manifestations of the human mind,
and not realize What The Deal Is.
 

In less civilized areas where people are more physically spread apart,
they historically have always shared less in a common mind,
but now with instant, worldwide communications,
a man on a remote island in the pacific can be wrangling in his mind
with ideas he has just heard expressed on his television receiver
from the mind of someone in Europe --
his mind now being part of a new, electronic-based common mind.
Neither physical proximity nor cultural ties are now required for
people all over the planet to share in a common mind;
sub categories of common minds still exist and continue to be of
primary importance,
but within a contemporary lifetime, you can see a shift there from taking place.
Mankind has always radically shared a common homo sapien mind,
but in that its basis is in the silent instincts of survival,
the vocal manifestations of the culturally/religiously based sub division minds have here to now, been the more salient,
but the planet-wide, electronic web is making gradually appear
a new, commonly shared human mind that is not grounded in
the first reality of mere survival instincts, but is formed from man’s second-reality
which itself originates from his mind.

Man’s Second-Reality, Commonly Shared Mind."
(Hate to break the bad news to you dreadheads, but this does not mark a turn for the worse for man;
simply a shift, and one that observably serves well the general population,
and also affords the few a new allegorical peephole
through which they can freshly stalk themselves, [their so-called “selves” –
in truth, the thing that speaks the word, “self” --  still no matter:
                                       what huge, delicious fun have the few.    Phew!]).
 
 
 
 

Though of rapidly changing importance, still in demonstrative tact is
the inner hierarchy of the sub categories of a common mind shared by several:
the family mind; a local religious mind; a specific culture mind;
a nationalistic mind; a social or financial class mind  --  all of which have been
in place and operating within a month after Adam said his first word,
and varying much in significance and intensity from place to place,
and from instant circumstance to the next,
These smaller, more localized shared minds continue to play a part in man’s
world-wide drama, but their role almost daily shrinks, (“Quick!” cry the dwarfs:
“Call in my own personal script-doctor” [a plea increasingly felt by many,
but without the perceptive wherewithal to so verbal frame  --  but hey,
as Cecil Be DeStill noted: “There are no small parts --
only ordinarily talented minds who think themselves show stoppers”]).
 

But going on with such vigor as to be almost visibly obvious
is a shift from a local shared mind being of primary importance to an individual man to him gradually feeling himself to be foremost a part of a planet wide one;
many features of it still bother many people in that per force
it must come in conflict with aspects of the numerous,
themselves conflicting, locally shared minds;
but this resistance itself is being worn away almost at the speed of
electronic transfer of words and ideas around the globe.
 

All in all, (and not trying a’tall to see), is that the matters & ideas about which
men’s minds have thoughts
are quickly becoming more of a world wide, commonly shared commodity
than local ones         --          now! –  on to the good stuff.
 
 

If you are one of the normal appearing mental mutants of this planet
with an inherent hunger for something not on the routine menu,
you need look really hard and cold eyed at what has just been verbally served up so as to finally see clearly for yourself the reality of what herein has been expediently referred to as man’s commonly shared mind,
and what all encompassing impact it has on individual people’s presumed,
personal perspective of life, themselves and other men.
The mind with which all men (save the few) are born
has no capability for anything resembling a, personal perspective --
that would require the presence of a mind that clearly operates apart from mankind’s commonly shared one,
(or at least as much so as is physically possible --   which is to say,
at least as much so as to be clearly realized by the person with such a mind;
his words can give rise to suspicion by others,
but only the possessor & operator of such a thought resource knows for certain of its existence).
 
 

From all appearances for several thousand years, men without the inherent
genetic, neural potential cannot develop such an individual mind:
one, experientially to themselves,
not tied absolutely to humanity’s commonly shared prevailing one;
any man can say that he, “Thinks for himself”
and such a claim certainly cannot be disproved,
but a mutant who truly can, sees instantly in any instance whether this be so:
one with a real individual mind can hear in the first several syllables of
another person’s comments the lack of any individuality of thought:
the reality of its absence virtually screams out as ever present background noise extant in the commonly shared mind of ordinary humanity;
its lack cannot be disguised or in any way hidden from one with knowing ears.
When you have identified its world wide frequency,
there is no mistaking the sound of the commonly shared mind
when it issues forth from a single man’s mouth;
expert, layman alike: the sound is always there  –
          --  the lack of individual thought, glaring.
 

A man cannot be taught to develop an individual mind;
the substitute available is called, education,
which is inseparably part of man’s commonly shared mind;
what the real individual mind knows is something totally apart from what the ordinary mind thinks of as education  --  knowledge, even;
what the actual individual mind of a man who Knows What The Deal Is
does is not store facts, memories, statistics, anecdotes –
it eats such as them for breakfast  --   last year.

Mankind’s commonly shared mind is the mind that knows things –
the mind of an individual who, by chance, happenstance,
and an unnoticed short in the wiring,
has morphed off a new neural bulb  --  cortically spawned itself  --
is not constructed of knowledge;
it is not a normal mind --
which consists of nothing but the thoughts which automatically appear therein;
it is a new kind of mind (if you want to still call it that) that consists mainly of nothing;
certainly not of mere thoughts anymore than does your sense of sight consist of sights you’ve seen.
