      JAN’S FRESH REAL NEWS

As they were crabbing apples, the father said to the son:
”There are people & places I have never told you about,
(for instance):
if you ever get your consciousness adjusted in a certain way,
there is a place you can visit, (strictly as an observer),
whereat words are the living creatures,
and it is they who have men in their heads.

There is a man who has access to a box full of amazing plans,
but they cannot be removed from the box;
he will often look at the plans & put them into effect outside the box, but the plans never leave the box:
a fact which, while plain as can be, for some reason,
the man refuses to acknowledge.

There is a world where the skies are filled with planes;
some are actual physically manufactured planes,
while others, even though they fly,
are simply --  manufactured.

The head master at one school devoted to seeing-clearly,
would, as a test for admission,
suddenly hold a calendar up in front of an applicant's face.

There is a place where waves roll endlessly;
some times in concert; sometimes crossing;
at times separate waves coalesce while at other times
a single wave bifurcates, but at all times, do the waves roll.
Also always, atop them stands a stranded surfer:
the figure of ordinary attention.

In one land (that mattered),
as it became more “enlightened” (as they called it),
the leader of the greys said:
“At one time the whites were beaten as a matter of routine; now it is only on special occasions.”
(On alternate days the head of the whites says the same thing about the greys, [the limbro crowd denies any involvement,
(unconvincingly, it might be noted]).

One man could see clearly --
until he commented to himself on how clearly he could see.
He went to consult a doctor about this,
and after examining him,
the doctor could see what the problem was,
but as soon as he tried to tell the man  --
he lost sight of what it was.
They then jointly visited a philosopher for relief,
and after he heard their description, he passed this judgment:
“One plus one equals three, and after that --
-- there's no end to it.
(Pay my secretary on your way out).”

There is a planet made of fire & water;
first, one has the upper hand, then the other.
Beings who live there complain:
half of them complain half of the time, and the other half,
the other half of the time.
The fire & water pay them no mind..................although;
there are some who say that it is the beings’ minds
which are the competing factors.
................(The fire & water aren’t talking.)

There is a rocket ship endlessly circling Earth
which no one can see;
everyone feels its presence, and refers thereto constantly,
under a variety of titular guises,
and if questioned about this feeling,
they always look away from themselves as they talk about it --  as though somehow knowing that  -- the-ship-is-out-there.
   Wrong!  The endlessly circling ship is in men’s heads.

Over the mountains is a village made up of two separate clans;
the village is not made up of two separate clans,
but the two separate clans believe this is so,
and since there is no one there but them,
there is no one to correct this misperception.

One man holds daily classes for himself;
he takes role; checks homework from yesterday (and beyond),
and attempts to assign new projects everyday:
the word, 'attempts' appears here because even though he decides that certain new endeavors should be undertaken by the students (him) neither he nor they can ever come to a firm understanding of exactly which is which, and who is who, (and
most glamorous of all): what is maybe.
(P.S. In his inner school, he used to have a series of courses
that progressed from the basic: “What Is What” to:
“Maybe Might BE What” to the more advanced:
”Maybe We Should Forget About: Maybe,” and finally onto the senior study above noted; “What IS Maybe!”
(He some times now wonders if he will ever graduate.)

There is a world where the skies are filled with planes;
some are actual physically manufactured planes,
while others, even though they fly, are simply  --   manufactured.

There is an above ground (way above ground) race who believes that the second reality is more important than the first,
(for instance): they say that not only is the pen & word mightier --  but also more significant than the sword.
Now: factor in this and ponder: they have no judicial system,
(well,that is):
they have no one capable of making cogent judgments, (leastwise not from the view of all the local worms & ferns.)

And lastly, me lad:
a certain universe is divided into three distinct regions
which would equate with our: past, present & future,
except there, they are spatial and co-extant.
This affords the inhabitants possibilities which
men can only dream of,
and provides them with men  --  possible only in dreams.
A few have gone on a private space expedition whereby
they seek to discover a place where all potentialities converge -
and there  --  to their amazement will they find  --
                   --  the figure of a lone surfer --
              riding the white caps of all possibilities.
Chipmunks & children once thought only deities were all-doable,
but the brain’s universal hologram has finally ‘fessed-up:
                         now all are in the know,
               (save for those who don’t wanna know).

Hand me that coring knife, son;
the handle of this thing reminds me of your great grandfather, who once said:
’If this thing weren’t so damn obvious,
I’d a seen it a lot sooner,’”
and the son couldn’t help from saying how that
being constantly told of how “obvious” TheThing is
doesn’t really do much except annoy him --  seeing as how
he can’t seem to see it,
and the elder nodded knowingly and pointed out to him again
the benefits of their conversations & life long interactions
taking place inside of one man’s mind --
a fact that always instantly shuts up both father & son:
both speaker & hearer   ---   at least for a moment,
(“And – God!” thought they both in unison,
“If that moment would but turn into always!”)
….oh, one more thing:
there is also a “PLACE” that is a combination of the one where
all three time periods exist simultaneously
and where words are the active entities
with men in their heads:
                consider its travel brochure carefully,
  and yours may finally split wide open & let in the air & light.
