Everyone is on a hustle.
Life makes men pressure one another
to buy this-or-that unneeded thing,
or buy into
this-or-that outlandish scheme.

Everyone is running a con.
Life drives everyone to try to sell everyone else a phony-bill-of-goods,
and it depends not on any individual's specific nefarious intent,
and while some men do willfully engage in criminal activity,
all of the world’s population unwittingly tries to run a con
on everyone else.
They cannot help themselves;
the game cannot be stopped,
the game is in fact, at the very heart of man’s mental, and social world.

The greater the distance from the jungle and a life of hormones,
the more vigorously is the hustle played;
creatures cannot be conned physically, (even men);
a liver cannot be tricked into giving up its bile,
nor a goat converted to the church.
Swindles, cons & hustles only exist where there are thoughts & words.

This news today concerns neither routine criminals, nor commercial advertising, but rather the unrecognized hustle that is on everywhere,
under all conditions.

Someone’s mind is always trying to sell you something;
someone’s mind is being forced to always try to sell you something,
and it does not matter what  --  just SOMETHING.
Every time you, (you operating as the, “you” you find yourself to be, under ordinary conditions), open your mouth,
you try to sell somebody something:
your mother, a complete stranger, it makes no difference who,
and it makes no difference what --  and the what under consideration here is always a non tangible what;
you try to coerce them instantly --  on the spot to “buy” and accept
the scam-tale you relate about you, your knowledge, and adventures.

Con men in the city, (the urban jungle of neurons), want your belief --  not your wallet;
their thoughts are driven to want your thoughts to accept them;
their thoughts want to bond with your thoughts;
their thoughts want to get under the covers with yours & do-the-deed.
For the brief moments you have together --  to cling together,
as closely & tightly as possible.

And while under there, their thoughts pick your pockets,
just as do yours, theirs,
(at least that is the illusion experienced by both parties).
Such non sexual procreation keeps man’s collective mind alive;
each man’s mind conning, seducing, then screwing every other man’s mind that it meets, and every other man’s mind, likewise engaged.

Someone is always trying to hustle you around to their point of view
on this matter, or that,
regarding politics; movies; sports; music; the best restaurant, or club,
& even when it seems that something tangible is the subject --  it is not;
a man singing the praises of a certain automobile to you
does not care whether you buy the car or not;
all he cares about is whether you buy his praise-singing or not.
The hustle is not about the car, but his description of the car.
(An obliquely configured variation of this same thing is in
men purchasing books with titles such as:
“Pick Up Lines That Women Can’t Resist”
and being conned into believing that a potential sex partner
can be made uncontrollably attracted to you by words, [neurons],
rather than hormones.)
Con jobs in the physical world are eventually realized,
but the hustles that are common-to, and actually, make-up
man’s mental world, second-reality, are never recognized  --
if they were, life as now lived would quickly disintegrate.

The reason that the ubiquitous head hustles are not seen for
what they are is that from ordinary head views,
they are not hustles at all,
(except to their likewise, unwittingly driven distractors,
who do not realize that they have been sucked into
the very same con they denounce, [those who take the time to decry religion as being a fraud are as taken in by it as are its supporters]).

At the standard level of man’s collective consciousness,
religion is not a hoax; modern art is not a hustle,
and the man on the subway platform, telling you the kind of guy he is,
(not the kind to be fooled by the president's tax bill), is not a con man;
there is a relentless, world wide hustle going on, but no hust-LERS.

It is a deed with no doers;
an activity with only unwitting actors --
--  players who do not realize the game they are being forced to play.

The manifestation of the human hustle, con and deception
that is of pragmatic interest to the privileged few
is the one going on continually in their head,
in that operation of their brain that speaks --
                            ……and then that  listens to itself speak.
THERE is the hustle-of-hustles;
there is your personal, “man-on-the-subway-platform”
rattling on and on about the kind of guy he, (sorry), YOU are.

And the sad thing is that you, (sorry), your brain believes it --
                              --  be-fuckin’-lieves it  --

when it knows damn well that it is not true
since it is the one who said it, and made it all up in the first place.

          The hustle is on, my friends.   Beware, and be alert.

The King of The Universe issued all creatures in his domain
their own diplomatic pouch:
wherein they receive and carry messages from their liege.

He also sent out courtiers to tell the people
not to be concerned with the messages  --  only with the pouch.

                          They neglected to tell everyone.
