                    THINGS TO REMEMBER,
            UNLESS YOU PREFER REMEMBERING THINGS
                                THAT ARE MEANINGLESS.

There was once a planet on which the supreme creatures were in slavery to an invisible power
which originally controlled them by continually
reminding them of their captivity.
Eventually it streamlined the operation,
and accomplished the same end by making the
subjugated creature constantly talk to themselves  --
      --  it didn’t matter about what  --
just as long as their mind kept up a
running line of chatter -- they stayed in line.

Man is on an ocean liner -- the size of the universe --
which seems to have a direction, intelligence,
and destination of its own,
with each individual floundering around in his
own little on-deck-pool
while trying to pretend that he does also.

Mind cuts us in two.
Who can un-do the deed and put us back together
other than the perpetrator?!

Those not desirous of awakening
 want to sleep as soundly as possible;
leave them alone.

            Those who catch on --  don’t let on.

Men talk about themselves under the color of offering their life as an enlightening example of something or other, but the real purpose is that by gaining other people’s attention momentarily to their life
they feel gives it some sort of validation.

If it is not about something you can touch,
it is not information;
at best it is info-tainment
and is mistaken as being otherwise
at great cost to the mistaker.

To study life,
you must start by looking at it metaphorically;
to ever graduate,
you have to drop the metaphorical crap.

Only those designated as cow fodder
take being conscious  --  seriously.
(Everyone but stunned heifers
know it’s some kind of joke.)

When you feel bad, you feel bad,
but you do not then have to feel bad over the
bad thoughts that feeling bad may bring on.

The eons of endless birth-&-death
are this very moment;
there is no escape save escape now.

Mind is the only animal that fishes,
but eats not its catch, nor throws it back in.
Mind is ambidextrous, and can look at things this way, or look at things that way;
but it is faux-weighted, so that it can make all parts fit into the puzzles it designs.

   Mind is the only creature who can play
   hide-&-go seek with itself --
   --  and never be aware there is but one player.

              Either fish-for-real, or quit cutting bait.

Everyone is hollow,
and the most famous and envied are the most hollow.

A pissed mind is a blissed mind.
(In case you want some humor to take along.)

No matter how useful it may be:
men don’t care much for information that seems
impersonal.

Men won’t believe anything they don’t find likeable.

The catch-on-to-what's-going-on view
is the still center of an endless hurricane.
(Stop swatting at the droplets.)

Survival activities can also be fun:
eating, fucking, resting;
activities unrelated to physical survival can
also be fun --
but no one understands why this is so --
(save those surviving in another dimension.)

Man’s ordinary state of consciousness is
stop-&-go traffic.
On the highway of life, to be in a hurry is an unneeded distraction of attention.
You are going nowhere other than where you are at this very moment.

    Those with steady-hands-on-the-wheel,
    understand this, and become off-the-roaders.

Those who do not know how they live
are those who tell others how TO live.
Ducks don’t sink, yet don’t-know-from-swimming;
mind is not conscious, but consciousness sees through mind like a cheap cotton dress --
(and why shouldn’t it?!  --
any tailor recognizes his own work.)

To remain sane, (in the civilized sense of the word):
men must lie about what they know themselves to be.
Those who understand-what's-going-on
no longer do so,
(that is their only claim-to-fame….
…and they never mention it.)

Cows grow up to fill in genetic gaps in the herd.

When it comes to things you cannot touch --
no one knows what they are talking about.
He who knows this,
knows whatever it is he talks about.

What your mind seeks is impossible to have,
but for those with the hunger,
it’s impossible to not seek.

Many more have the wondrous experience
than keep going, as they should afterwards.

      Fry the wires when the current is hot.

         Those who catch on --  move on.

             Spare a system  --  spoil success.

     Stare at an illusion, and give it substance.

…..oh yeah:
Quote From Today’s Unexpected Patriot:
”I regret that I had but one time to
suddenly realize what is going on.
But surely things equally astounding lie ahead.”

         The real name of the game is: Relentless
